An easy 3 miles today in the AM down at Lindahl's new pad in Chanhassen with Adam and Paul H. The single track dirt trails seemed to go on forever in the forest right behind this b-e-a-utiful new home he and Kelly just had built for them. Just fantastic jogging this morning. The run was over way too quick. A solid hour+ of running in the PM with some surging. On my way.
Dang I love this commercial. Who remembers when Gatorade came in glass containers? Makes me really, really nostalgic for the days of the BBL. Mudrocks 4 life.
